Kłopotowskiego 11, industrial building complex.
The industrial building complex, erected around 1900, consists of production and ancillary buildings (stables, porter's lodge) arranged around a
courtyard with a centrally located production-office building. The buildings exhibit characteristics of industrial brick architecture with features of
early modernism.
Unused for many years, the buildings have been renovated with a change of use to multi-family residential with services. A multi-family residential
building has been constructed at the rear of the plot, blending in with the character of the complex.
