A building constructed in 1913. This four-story tenement was erected along with offices on a longitudinal plot. It accommodates several dozen
residential units and several commercial premises on the ground floor facing Targowa Street.
It is one of the most representative buildings in the area.
Designed by Józef Napoleon Czerwiński and Wacław Heppen.
